When friends are coming to lunch and I ask them what I can cook for them, this is by far the most requested meal. Our chicken Caesar salad has homemade dressing with fresh lemon, garlic, and Parmesan cheese, with homemade golden crunchy croutons and fresh shredded Parmesan on top!
