Telera rolls are a great recipe, because it’s basically Bread Making 101A. If you haven’t made bread, these are a great place to start. Besides that, they’re crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and just a tiny bit sweet and salty — perfect for sandwiches, especially traditional tortas. They also make great burger rolls!
