When I finish a slice of cake that has this luscious, creamy frosting on it, I want to run over and eat all the frosting off the rest of the cake. It’s so good! It’s made with the perfect balance of cream cheese and butter, and it’s great on carrot cakes, birthday cakes, and many other yummy applications.
Ours has lime for a fresh zesty flavor, but you can make plain cream cheese or any other flavor you choose. Use lemon or orange, or try out almond or maple.
