Carrot Cake

This carrot cake is surprisingly light, moist, flavorful, and multi-textured. If you serve it at a party, everybody will want to know who made it, because it’s amazingly good. It takes four eggs to provide enough structure for all the carrots, pineapple, applesauce, and nuts. There’s an aromatic and spicy flavor from a blend of four spices. And it’s topped off with our luscious Buttercream Cheese Frosting hinting of lime!
